The product is faulty, how should we get to you?

If there is any problem regarding to the product delivered, please take a picture of it and contact us through email (stylish_thrift@gmail.com) or our Whatsapp@ +65 69167749 provided and include the picture as well. We will get back to you during office hours.  

What payment methods do we provide?

We accepts payment via Bank Deposit, PayNow as well as Cash On Delivery (COD).

I haven’t received my order confirmation email.

Please contact our customer service staff at info@stylishthrift.com if you have not received your order confirmation email within 1 hour.

Can I make changes to my order?

We are unable to make any changes to your order once you have completed the checkout process and your order has been confirmed. If you have any questions or issues, please contact us using our website's Contact Us page.

Can I cancel my order?

Our team cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations, however if you have just made an order, please contact our Support Team at info@stylishthrift.com and we will do our best to help.

How can I tell the two emails apart for their uses?

• If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a exchange within 7 days of receiving it. The price of the exchanged product must be equal to or greater than the original. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange. Please notify us of your intent to exchange by email at stylish thrift@gmail.com, together with your name, contact numbers, and invoice number.
• To guarantee proper protection during transit, items should be returned in their original packing. Until they reach our warehouse, the goods are your responsibility.
• If the items have been worn, soiled, or damaged, we cannot accept returns. Except for products that have been received damaged, the company reserves the right to refuse any return that is not in its original new condition.
